Transcript Request
Transcript requests for current students and alumni are available through an online platform called Parchment. There is a small processing fee for each request, and payment can be made online via credit or debit card.
Some students earned college credit during high school. Transcripts for those classes must be requested directly from the college where the course was taken. Diploma requests and other documentation details are also provided below.

How to Request Your College Transcript
The Minnesota State system now uses eTranscript. If you're sending an official transcript to a Minnesota State College or University, that institution will receive it electronically at no cost. Contact the receiving college for details.
If the college is outside the MN State system, use the following list to find the correct process. You will need your college student ID or Star ID to complete most requests.

AP Scores
To send AP scores, visit College Board Score Reporting. Standard delivery ($15/report) takes 7–14 business days; rush delivery ($25/report) takes 5–9 days.
Articulated Credit
Log in to your account at CTECreditMN.com, download your certificate, and send it to your college admissions office.
Normandale Community College
Visit the college site, go to “Departments” > “Records & Registration” and follow the transcript request steps.
Request via National Student Clearinghouse
Crown College
Visit Crown College Registrar and scroll to transcript requests.
University of Minnesota – Twin Cities
Go to the U of M homepage, select “One Stop” > “Personal Information” > “Transcripts.” Choose the appropriate request method.

Go to the MSU Mankato homepage and search “Office of the Registrar.”
