Principal's Message

Welcome to Jordan High School! I am so excited to serve the Jordan community as the principal at JHS.

Jordan schools are unique. We offer many opportunities for students to connect both in the classroom and in the community. There is a culture of caring for students that is special at JHS. Our staff approach each day with energy and enthusiasm to make learning exciting. The community of Jordan rallies around the schools and plays a key role in supporting our students.

Our staff and students continue to explore innovative ways to grow as learners. The introduction of our Interdisciplinary courses and the Summit Experiential Learning Program are two of the ways we are preparing students for the 21st century. We continue to enhance the educational experience through expanded course offerings, our advisory program, and the flexible learning spaces being developed at the high school.

Our students are actively involved in activities beyond the school day. They participate in the arts, athletics, and various extracurriculars at highly competitive levels in our conference, section, and statewide. I believe students gain the best high school experience by being engaged both during and after school.
